Jayahost provides deposit funds to facilitate transactions. deposit funds can be from Excess Transfer / Refund payment / From other things. here are some points how the deposit works
- Customers who have a minimum transfer of IDR 1,000 and above can be added to the deposit
- Automatic deposit will pay when there is a new invoice. so this feature can be used by customers to extend the service at the beginning without having to wait for the invoice to be issued first
- If previously there was a new invoice there was an incoming deposit, then the funds cannot go directly to the old invoice, but the customer can use it to pay the invoice by going to the invoice and then clicking "Use Deposit" to pay
- Deposit funds that have not been used to pay invoices can be submitted for a minimum withdrawal of IDR 10,000.
