Senin 8:00 – 16:00 and 18:00 – 23:59 WIB

Selasa 8:00 – 16:00 and 18:00 – 23:59 WIB

Rabu 8:00 – 16:00 and 18:00 – 23:59 WIB

Kamis 8:00 – 16:00 and 18:00 – 23:59 WIB

Jumat 8:00 – 16:00 and 18:00 – 23:59 WIB

Sabtu 8:00 – 16:00 and 18:00 – 22:00 WIB

Minggu 8:00 – 16:00 WIB saja

during working hours the maximum processing time is about 60 minutes. while confirmation outside working hours will be processed during the next working hour or no later than 12 hours
