How to Upload Documents for Domain ID

In contrast to international domains, which can be activated directly without having to use documents. For Indonesian domains, the government requires document requirements for every ID domain activation

Here's how to upload an .ID Document

1. Login to Client Portal

1. Click Domain
   
2. Manage the Domain in question
   
3. Click Domain .ID Status on the left sidebar
   
4. After that, upload the document that you provided earlier
   

• To upload a document as shown in the red line
• Document status is the status of your domain document (pending approval, accepted or rejected)
• If your document is incomplete or rejected, you can receive notifications in the Notification panel, you can reply directly to messages from the registrar by using the "reply" button

After the domain is activated, you will get a notification via email and you can manage the domain name
